Since April 2024, our international department has been in frequent contact with customers from Zambia. The Zambian customers are very interested in two types of tipper trailers we produced, which are 4-axle U-type tipper trailer and 5-axle 100-ton tipper trailer.

After a long period of contact and negotiation, both parties built up trust. The customer finally decided to order these two products from us.

The 4-axle U-type tipper trailer adopts U-type body structure, and the whole is U-shaped. The loading capacity and carrying capacity are relatively high. The tilting angle is generally 50-60 degrees, and the tipping capacity is strong. With low center of gravity and good stability of the whole vehicle, 4-axle U-type tipper trailer is suitable for mining, port and other occasions requiring large tonnage loading.

The 5-axle 100-ton dump trailer adopts a field-shaped body with a triangular arrangement. The loading capacity and carrying capacity are lower compared with 4-axle U-type tipper trailer. The tilting angle is generally 45-50 degrees. The center of gravity is relatively high, and the stability of the whole vehicle is relatively poorer than that of U-type tipper trailer.5 axle 100 tons tipper trailer is suitable for building construction and construction sites and other occasions that require frequent loading and unloading.

The reason why the Zambian customer is interested in these two tipper trailers and ordered these two products is because the customer needs to transport different goods and our products also meet the customer’s needs.

The 4-axle U-type tipper trailer and 5-axle 100-ton tipper trailer ordered by the customer ended production some time ago and underwent a full range of quality, load and safety tests. The foreign trade manager had a detailed video introduction and communication with the customer.

Both products have now left port for shipment and on the way to their destinations.
